Sandy Martin was elected to Parliament as MP for Ipswich on June 8th 2017 and served until 5th November 2019. He was previously Labour County Councillor for St Johns Ward, Ipswich 1997-2017 and Leader of the County Council Labour Group 2013-2017.
As Sandy is no longer MP for Ipswich he and his team cannot take on any casework, although we are dealing with certain issues which can only be resolved by us – if your case is one of these you will already know this.
Sandy is still very much involved in issues-based politics. He takes a particular interest in:
- Environment – see the sections on SERA (Socialist Environment & Resources Association), and Ipswich FoE (Friends of the Earth)
- Electoral Reform – see the section on LCER (Labour Campaign for Electoral Reform)
